School Finals

SCHOOL FINALS!

Why do they hate us so much!?! We have so many tests throughout all of school and then they throw a final in there. But to pass finals you basically have to eat your textbook.. or in other words study your butt off. I have some study tips that I personally use for you! So this will be VERY long because i'm breaking it down for the main subjects. Good Luck!

Geography/Social-Studies/Etc.

What You'll Need:
* Geography Binder
* Past Test/Quizzes/Exams
* All notes taken
* Textbook
* Study Guide (If Provided)

First You have to set aside a place where you will be alone and it will be quiet. Then you pick certain topics, For Example,Fundamentals of Geography, Genocide & the Holocaust, Identity, Economics, Population, then you take time out to make a schedule to study the topics. Make the topics that are easier for you at shorter times, and the harder topics will be given extended times & multiple days. (Example Below)

    Fundamentals of Geography
Tuesday Night (4:30- 6:00PM)

Genocide & the Holocaust
Wednesday Night (4:30- 5:30PM)

Identity
Wednesday Night (5:45- 7:15PM)

Economics
Thursday Night (4:30- 6:30PM)

  Population
Friday Night (4:30-6:30PM)
Saturday Night (1:00-5:00PM)
Sunday Night (1:00- 3:45PM)

Math/Algebra/Geometry/Etc.

What You'll Need:
* Math Binder
* Past Test/Quizzes/Exams
* All notes taken
* Textbook
* Study Guide (If Provided)

What you should do is try and make mini-quizzes for yourself. Don't give yourself easy questions, because it won't help you out at all.

Science/Physics/Chemistry/Etc.

What You'll Need:
* Science Binder
* Past Test/Quizzes/Exams
* All notes taken
* Textbook
* Study Guide (If Provided)

Review ALL past tests that is what will help you more than anything. Most teachers get the final answers from previous test, so if you review them you would have an idea on what to look forward to.

Reading/English/Literature/Etc.

What You'll Need:
* English Binder
* Past Test/Quizzes/Exams
* All notes taken
* Textbook
* Study Guide (If Provided)

For English, you can look on your past tests if you want to , But your Notes will help you out the most. English teachers like to make up questions that you haven't seen before, but some likes to get some from test, so its best to just do both.

Performing Arts/Drama/Art/Etc.

What You'll Need:
* Art Binder
* Past Test/Quizzes/Exams
* All notes taken
* Textbook
* Study Guide (If Provided)

Depending on what you have, this will be one of the hardest to study for. You should try and review notes for pop-up quizzes, but most drama teachers give little like performances that groups have to do.

Languages/Etc.

What You'll Need:
* Language Binder
* Past Test/Quizzes/Exams
* All notes taken
* Study Guide (If Provided)

Nothing will help you more than notes, not even tests. If you don't know the basics get ALL of the notes, put it on one document and print it out. then you write what the word means in a different space. WHatever you don't know you review.
