When you starve yourself, or skip meals your harming your body. Its unhealthy and you gain more weight when you skip then when you eat. Your body needs 6 meals a day, taking away one is harming your body. This is how it works. When you skip one or 2 meals with no snacks your body thinks its starving and goes on a mode called "Fat storing mode" or FSM and when you eat your next meal it stores ALL of the fat from that and the next meal you will eat.
WAYS TO AVOID FSM
Eat 6 well portioned meals a day. you need Breakfast, snack, Lunch, snack, Dinner, and then a snack, so your body will be on a constant " Burn Fat Mode" or BFM.
